[Nozomi] Enjoy sirloin steak made with carefully selected Japanese Black Wagyu beef by our head chef.In addition, the menu consists of nine dishes in total, including Aigamo Jibu-ni, a local dish from Kanazawa City, Ishikawa Prefecture, which is also our signature dish, and white shrimp, known as the white jewels of Toyama Bay, served as tempura.It can be used for a wide range of purposes, from business dinners to entertaining guests.
