Enjoy grilled eel, a summer staple, grilled in white soy sauce.Other dishes on the menu include duck jibuni, a local dish from Kanazawa City, Ishikawa Prefecture, and our signature dish; natural rock oysters caught by female divers and delivered directly from Wajima Port; cold Shinshu beef shabu-shabu, a brand of beef that Nagano Prefecture is proud of; and grilled Kuzuryu sweetfish marinated in vinegar and raised in the clear waters of the Kuzuryu River in Fukui Prefecture.
