Matsusaka beef is considered one of the three great wagyu beef varieties in Japan, and is known as a "work of art" and is the most rare and valuable wagyu brand, characterized by its marbled texture. You can enjoy it cooked on our signature crystal grill.Other dishes on the menu include "Duck Jibuni," a local dish from Kanazawa City, Ishikawa Prefecture, and our signature dish, and "Natural Rock Oysters" caught by female divers and delivered directly from Wajima Port.
