Enjoy abalone, a representative luxury food, grilled right in front of you on a korobyaki grill.In addition, the menu includes nine dishes made up of high-quality ingredients from the Hokuriku region, such as our signature dish, "Duck Jibuni," a local dish from Kanazawa City, Ishikawa Prefecture; thinly sliced slices of "Nodoguro," a high-quality fish from the Sea of Japan; and "natural rock oysters" caught by female divers and delivered directly from Wajima Port.
