A popular lunch menu [Seasonal Drawer Box Gozen] that incorporates an abundance of seasonal Hokuriku Shinetsu flavors, this box gozen lavishly incorporates the flavors of Hokuriku Shinetsu and consists of the first layer of rice with seasonal vegetables, the second layer of homemade roast beef made with A5 rank Wagyu beef, and the third layer of sashimi made with fresh fish sent directly from various fishing ports in the Hokuriku region.The kaiseki tray will feature duck stew as the main dish, along with cooked rice.
