[Irodori] Enjoy red snow crab, delivered directly from Toyama Prefecture, grilled in its shell.The menu also includes eight dishes centered around seasonal ingredients from Hokuriku, including duck jibuni, a local dish from Kanazawa City, Ishikawa Prefecture, and our signature dish; firefly squid, which heralds the arrival of spring in Toyama Bay; and fresh fish delivered directly from fishing ports on the Sea of Japan.It can be used for a wide range of occasions, from dining with close friends and family to corporate entertainment.
