Guests will enjoy our signature dish, "Duck Jibuni," a local dish from Kanazawa City, Ishikawa Prefecture.Other dishes on the menu include grilled salted sweetfish caught in the Kuzuryu River, which is in season and fishing is now allowed, homemade roast beef made from Japanese black beef carefully selected by the head chef, and a seasonal vegetable platter made with plenty of early summer flavors such as Niigata asparagus and Noto conger eel, all of which are centered around seasonal ingredients from the Hokuriku region.
