You will enjoy our signature dish, duck jibuni, a local dish from Kanazawa City, Ishikawa Prefecture.Other dishes on the menu include Nagano Prefecture's proud brand of Shinshu beef and figs grilled on a teppanyaki grill while infusing them with the aroma of magnolia leaves, grilled Kuzuryu sweetfish raised in the clear Kuzuryu River in Fukui Prefecture marinated in vinegar, and fresh fish delivered directly from fishing ports on the Sea of Japan, all of which are seasonal ingredients from the Hokuriku region.
