【Irodori】Enjoy Nagano Prefecture's brand-name wagyu beef, "Shinshu Beef," grilled on a ceramic plate.In addition, the menu consists of eight dishes centered around seasonal ingredients from the Hokushin'etsu region, including Aigamo Jibu-ni, a local dish from Kanazawa City, Ishikawa Prefecture and one of our signature dishes, and fresh fish delivered directly from fishing ports on the Sea of Japan.It can be used for a wide range of occasions, from dining with close friends and family to corporate entertainment.
